Apple Slaw - Koops Mustard

Apple Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups grated cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced radish
  • 2 large apples julienned
  • 2 large carrots shredded
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

 

DRESSING:
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Koops’ Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • fresh crack of pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all the salad ingredients and set aside.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and nuts and pop into a large bowl.
  3. Now add the dressing and mix together.
  4. Let sit in the fridge for at least a half an hour before serving (enhances the flavor).
  5. ENJOY!
