Beyond Brat with Grilled Stone Ground Mustard Onions & Broccoli
INGREDIENTS
- Beyond sausage brat
- Fresh broccoli
- Red onion
- Koops’ Stone Ground Mustard
- Koops’ Yellow Mustard
- Ketchup
- Vegenaise
- Hotdog bun
- Vegan butter or oil
- Salt
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Brat: Heat a nonstick pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently.
- Cook red onion and broccoli separately. The grilled onions will top your brat and the broccoli will be a side dish. Add 1 tbsp oil or butter, cook for about 5 minutes until grilled and add 2 tbsp Koop’s Stone Ground Mustard. Toss and cook for another minute. Top with Salt & Pepper.
- For the tots, air fried is best. Set to 400° and cook for 12 minutes, give a good shake at 6 minutes to cook evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast bun in pan before adding vegenaise, Koops’ Yellow Mustard, ketchup, brat, grilled onions and top with more Koops’ Stone Ground Mustard.
- Plate with tots and broccoli, and enjoy!
