Country Greek Salad
INGREDIENTS
Salad:
Cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, onions, olives, feta cheese
Olive oil-yogurt Dressing:
1 large garlic glove chopped
2 1/2 tsp Koops’ Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c yogurt
DIRECTIONS
Chop the cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, onions to your liking.
Whisk all together the salad ingredients together.
Pour on to chopped veggies.
Top with olives, feta cheese.
OPTION: Serve over lettuce
