Crabby French Imperial
1 lb fresh Crab Meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Koops’ Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400° F
Carefully pick over the crab meat discarding any pieces of shell. In a large bowl, mix crab meat with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, egg, pepper and salt. Taste for seasoning. More mustard can be added. Shape into pyramids with rounded tops. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
