Honey Sweet Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Koops’ Dijon mustard
Put chicken in ungreased 11×7 baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes at 350F, turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.
This Asian inspired chicken is a great summer meal, pair with your favorite Asian salad or serve over rice. Either way, you will be going back for more!
