Loaded Sliders
INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup Koops’ Yellow Mustard
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 envelope (1 to 1 1/2 ounces) onion soup mix
*OPTIONAL* 1 cup Pre-Cooked Crispy Bacon Bits
2 packages (7 1/2 ounces each) mini dinner rolls
DIRECTIONS
Combine ground beef, Koops’ mustard, cheese, bacon, and soup mix in large bowl, mixing well.
Remove rolls from foil pan, but do not break apart; cut through rolls lengthwise and remove top. Replace bottom of rolls in pan and spread evenly with beef mixture; replace top. Bake, tightly covered with foil, at 425°F 30 to 40 minutes, until meat is cooked. Cut mini-burgers apart and serve. Makes 20 appetizer servings (2 each).
